Quality is an essential component in the provision of customer service and customer satisfaction. Our Quality Management System has been regularly assessed and ISO accredited since 1999.
In addition to external surveillance, in-house staff help maintain the system by auditing to an internal auditing schedule. Internal Auditors have successfully completed a course that is approved by the International Register of Certified Auditors (IRCA).
 

Further Audits and Surveys are carried out on customer sites, in conjunction with the client, to develop necessary quality programmes and procedures.
